The Lincoln penny Log Cabin share was 634,800,000, making these coins abundant and affordable.ĭespite this high mintage, you rarely see these coins in circulation since people tend to keep them as collectibles. Two mints in Philadelphia and Denver produced over 2.3 billion of all four Lincoln penny designs in 2009.
